Yummy, Quick, Green Smoothie.

So this is actually a recipe I got from the smoothie shop in my gym!  The woman was nice enough to let me know what’s in it ^_^  It’s very simple, even if you’re not very cooking/recipe friendly it’ll work for anyone haha.  For starters this is a great shake to make for your post gym protein shake.  Just make sure to use a Vanilla or non-flavored Protein!

Ingredients:
Vanilla or non-flavored Protein (Optional) 1-2 Scoops However much you desire.
Spinach
Kale
Pineapple
Banana
Water
Some Ice

Now after you have all of that added in and mixed up, taste it.  Add in some Stevia if you’d like it to be a bit sweeter.  Not much is needed at all if you do desire a sweeter taste.  Even if you don’t like pineapple (trust me I don’t either!) you’ll like this 🙂 Trust me!
